i adored the friendly staff and they were always respectful. our room was stylish and very clean. i really loved the big shower and the unique tiles.

convenient location friendly staff warm attitude
the location was wonderfully convenient. it allowed easy access to local markets and shops. the staff i met was really friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. i appreciated their warm attitude .
i found the breakfast selection a bit limited. it lacked some variety and fresh options. i wished for more choices to start my day.

the lodging is approximately twelve minutes by foot from the mercado. many tourist sights are within walking distance of the hotel. it is set just outside the old town, which gave it a QUIET atmosphere.

room upgrade breakfast options
the hotel asked about our bed preference ahead of time and we got a room upgrade. breakfast had good options and the room included a fridge. that little touch was convenient.
i noticed a very faint smell from the shower drain at times.

cozy stay close to everything
early check-in room request friendly receptionist
the staff let me check in early, amazing after my long trip. i had also asked for a room with two beds, and it was just as i asked. the lady at reception was very nice and helpful when i checked in, so it was easy and nice. the other people at reception were also friendly.
there was no real window in my room, it just looked out at a brick wall. the air conditioning was really bad, because of some rule, it had to stay at 24 degrees. this.

the room was big and had lots of natural light, it was very clean, with bedsheets that were super clean. i felt very welcome when i got there, great after traveling. the room also felt cozy.

the hotel's location meant it was near the old town. i could walk to the sights in about 15 to 20 minutes, convenient. the market was also close, only about 10 minutes by foot.

the people who worked there were very friendly, it was safe, and the location was good. i also enjoyed the free walking tour, it gave a lot of information. i appreciated that the staff always was helpful and kind.

wide variety walking distance
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I appreciated the wide variety catering to ALL tastes. The location is perfect. I found the historic center easily within walking distance. The botanical garden was so close too, a great stroll!
The air conditioning was not optimal. It took a little while to cool the room initially.
