shopping mall excellent breakfast attentive staff non-functional air conditioning reception contact engineer visit
I found the proximity to the shopping mall advantageous. It was easy to return to my room with purchases and head back for more. Breakfast was excellent with attentive staff.
The air conditioning in my room was not functional. I contacted reception and they sent an engineer. He was unable to resolve the issue, and I could not sleep because the room was too hot.

The breakfast was nice. the dining area was also very clean. i also found internal access to the mall useful. I didn't have to go out onto the streets.
We got a corner room though it felt quite small.

i found check-in quick. the room was spacious and had necessary equipment like a tv, fridge, iron, safe, and kettle. i liked complimentary water, coffee, tea, and milk, all replaced daily. access to sandton city mall from the tenth floor was easy.
i note the bedroom cupboards didn't close properly. the tv channel showing hotel information wasn't working. there wasn't any information about the hotel or the area in the room.

I was impressed with the attention to detail. the cleanliness was perfect. i found the location convenient for accessing shopping. the interiors are elegant and inviting. I felt a sense of sophistication.

the hotel is near a mall. Access to the mall is easy. Breakfast was very good, REALLY excellent.
housekeeping isn't good enough. We had TO call them to put water in our rooms.
