the location was good.
The pillows were not good and affected my sleep quality a lot! the shower door did not close properly. The room window hinge was broken, so i could not close it. The air conditioning didn't work properly either. the room cards were deactivated by the hotel before we were due to leave, apply, twice.

Melinkosi greeted me with such warmth. He ensured my experience was wonderful. I enjoyed dinner in a beautiful setting. The ambience made it special. I look forward to returning, and staying here is a must.

I LOVED the shuttle service! It runs every thirty minutes to Sandton City Shopping Centre, HUGE plus. The staff gave a warm welcome. I managed to check in slightly earlier than stated after a long night flight. The breakfast had GREAT choices and catered for everyone.
The dinner buffet lacked labeling of food. This made selecting options difficult. I was unsure of ingredients for ALLERGIES.

The hotel sits in a secure area. Guests can easily access nearby attractions. The hop-on-hop-off bus stops directly in front of the building. A restaurant is conveniently located just around the corner.

The hotel has an excellent hourly shuttle service. The shuttle runs between the hotel and Sandton City Mall. This is a HUGE game changer. Car service to Mandela Square and back exceeded my expectations.
