Staying at this '5 star hotel' was a treat. The rooms with a balcony are clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, plus the thoughtful welcome gifts added a special touch. However, the continuous knocking on our door with the DND sign was a downside.

Our stay at the hotel was lovely! The rooms were so spacious and beautifully decorated, and we even received handwoven bags and cute baseball caps as welcome treats. However, the experience didn't fully meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel but being in the atrium was fabulous.
