parquet flooring spacious bathroom comfortable mattress
the rooms feel very clean thanks to parquet flooring, not carpet. i found the bathroom spacious. i appreciated the comfortable mattress and choice of pillows with different thicknesses.

many options egg station
The breakfast had many options I found the egg station was nice. I asked for different types of eggs such as omelets. I also enjoyed the complimentary towels. Slippers were provided for my use.
The parking actually has only a few spaces this can be troublesome.

spacious room modern style
The room felt spacious. The hotel was clean. The staff seemed helpful. I appreciated the modern style throughout the hotel.
The hotel heating system seemed set for winter. The room became too hot, needing the patio door open day and night. This issue affected my comfort .

The sun deck provides comfortable seating outside the rooms. Breakfast is continental and it offers enough to start the day. The hotel includes a television that broadcasts premier league matches.

comfortable bed amazing shower customer service terrace spa
the bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing.
I totally agree with comments from another guest. We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. There was a challenge getting a kettle. the rooftop terrace spa area was closed because it was out of season.
