easy access helpful staff poor isolation loud neighbors
The hotel's location provided easy access to many attractions. The staff seemed helpful when I asked for directions.
I found the noise isolation to be poor.

helpful staff fantastic location good breakfast
The location proved AMAZING!!! It was accessible and walkable to main tourist sights and public transport. The hotel also had friendly and helpful staff available. I found a good range of choice at the breakfast service.
The a/c did NOT work so well in the room.

central location helpful staff steep stairs sewer gas
The location was CENTRAL. It was accessible and within walking distance to main tourist sights and public transport. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
The hotel has steep stairs to the lobby. It also had an overwhelming smell of sewer gas especially in the rooms and bathrooms. It was unbearable. The hotel should remedy the smell, as it is not safe.

dusty floors broken fan
the location was acceptable though getting around required some planning.
I found the floors were not clean. They were full of dust. the shower fan was partially broken too and made an annoying noise even when turned off.

difficult staircase small room
the location was acceptable for my purposes.
the room was smaller then expected. i did not care for the difficult staircase to the reception area. it was inconvenient, especially with luggage.
