Arriving at the hotel, my room wasn't ready, but it turned out to be a blessing as I got to relax in the lounge, enjoy some food and drinks, all while taking in the beautiful view of the pool area and the beach. Despite being charged for double occupancy when traveling alone, the gorgeous garden view room exceeded my expectations even though it was non-preferred due to high occupancy.

Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready, so we had the chance to relax in the lounge, enjoy some snacks and drinks while admiring the pool and beach views. Our Preferred Club Swim-Up King room overlooked the serene garden at the heart of the resort, offering a tranquil retreat. The service was exceptional, with the staff being happy, helpful, and professional. Some minor cleanliness issues were noticed, but the team, including Dark Chocolate, Jean, the bartenders, and other remarkable staff, ensured a pleasant stay. The location was just as lovely, although there is room for improvement. Our dining experience rated well with some options shining brighter than others. The facilities provided were adequate, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
