The hotel is situated in a very safe area by a bridge which crosses the road on the Mezzanine level, right on the ocean. The Condado neighborhood offers a safe environment for leisurely walks. The room's poor condition was a downside, needing multiple cleanings, especially the bathroom that had significant leaks from the ceiling. Nonetheless, the bathroom was aesthetically pleasing and deserving of a photo.
The hotel is located in a very safe area in the Condado neighborhood, by the taxis in San Juan, and close to everything. The rooms feature a balcony with great views, but some issues with a significantly leaking bathroom from the ceiling. The dining experience offers thin crispy fries, and the facilities are decent with various services available.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was superb, right on the waterfront and in a very safe area, perfect for exploring the Condado neighborhood. The rooms were decent but had a significant issue with a leaking ceiling in the bathroom. The service was good overall, offering convenient amenities like car hire and tours, but I had to request multiple cleanings for the bathroom. The dining options were limited to Italian grilled meat, which was not included in the price. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel's facilities were well-maintained and offered a comfortable stay.
