The hotel is perfectly situated in Recoleta, steps away from the famous cemetery and surrounded by lovely shops and restaurants. The rooms, although identical in design, faced some noise issues at night, and the corridor leading to the elevator could get stuffy. The service quality varied from unfriendly and disrespectful to exceptional assistance, with opportunities for improvement in friendliness. The location couldn't have been better for attending the BAFIC Film Festival with ease, and the dining experience, while good, had some limitations. Overall, a great value for a stay with some minor areas that could use enhancement.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, equipped with a kitchenette which was a great bonus. The view from the balcony was not the best but being right across from the beautiful Recoleta Cemetery was quite unique. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my late check-in smooth. The location was superb, allowing easy exploration of the city from a quiet street across from the cemetery. The dining experience was good, with a nice variety to start the day. Overall, a great value for money.
