I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean and comfy rooms, super friendly staff, and a great location near the lake. However, the dining options were limited, and some amenities were a bit far from the action.

This hotel is a gem for those seeking comfort and great service. The rooms, although cozy for 3 adults, are kept impeccably clean by the housekeeping team, boasting large, quality beds. However, the limited natural light can be a downside. The staff go above and beyond to provide top-notch service, making guests feel pampered and well cared for. The location is unbeatable, situated right on the picturesque Hoan Kiem lake in the heart of Hanoi. While the small window in the room might not offer much natural light, the outstanding service and prime location truly make up for it.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel right by the Hoan Kiem Lake, in the heart of the capital. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff truly delivered high standards of service. However, despite being opposite the lake, it was a bit of a stroll away from the main action.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is just perfect, overlooking Hoan Kiem Lake and super close to the old town. The rooms are beautifully equipped with a romantic balcony, all the necessary facilities, and are meticulously maintained by the housekeeping staff. The hospitality here is top-notch, making me feel truly pampered. The only downside was not dining at the restaurant, but exploring nearby eateries was fun.
