the location was definitely convenient. it made it easy to walk to nearby attractions , such as the cathedral church and ho guom lake. the staff were attentive , and they were ready to assist with anything i needed.
i had some issues , unfortunately. i booked a room with a balcony , but i was assigned one without it.

the wifi signal in my room was weaker than i expected.
