the staff was always friendly and ready to help with any questions i had. the room was very spacious and clean. i found the breakfast delivered directly to the room to be a special treat. the location was also ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions.

the location proved very convenient for both shopping and exploring nearby attractions the room was well kept i especially liked complimentary scones offered each day it created a good experience the breakfast was a treat brought to the room at my preferred time warm croissants and muffins made it special
the bathroom was small it made maneuvering a bit tricky though this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience

the location was really convenient i could easily walk to several shops and restaurants the staff were attentive and ensured i had everything i needed the afternoon tea with scones was a lovely touch it was a nice way to relax after a day of exploring the hotel.
the room was quite small i had limited space to move around and store my belongings the bathroom seemed a bit dated the shower pressure was low this made it difficult to have a good shower.

The staff was lovely and quite helpful. i really liked having breakfast delivered right to my room. I pre-ordered it the night before. it arrived even a bit earlier than i had requested. a good complimentary cream tea was offered. i didn't get it immediately upon arrival, but the staff ensured i received it in the evening after my show. They brought it right up to the room.
the air conditioning unit was broken and there was only one small shower gel provided for two people. there also was no shower cap.

the staff was accommodating, always providing excellent service when needed. upon arrival, i received a suggestion for a taxi when i said i had little time. the taxi arrived within three minutes, which i appreciated.

The location is superb (just a short walk to upscale shops!). The staff was friendly and responded quickly to any requests I made. The complimentary afternoon tea was delicious and a very cute touch. The manager was accommodating, letting me use a spare bedroom for a work call.
It might be difficult for some guests to use.

The single room was smaller than expected. Brown dirt stained the walls, this was disappointing. The air conditioning barely worked, and the room felt quite cramped. It seemed more like a budget accommodation than a four-star hotel. I didn't have a pleasant experience.
