I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are located in a very central area of Venice with 20-foot ceilings and gold-colored decor, giving off a palazzo-esque feel. If you can, book the 'Pink' room with the jacuzzi bath - it was excellent. The service was very accommodating, and the staff was helpful with carrying our stuff up the stairs. The location is perfect, just outside the full tourist places but within walking distance of everything. The dining experience was limited but the standard continental breakfast was enough for me. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor hiccups.
The hotel had well-decorated rooms that exuded a sense of romance and calm, despite the poor air conditioning across the hotel. The service, while friendly and helpful in assisting with town navigation, fell short in addressing issues like air conditioning maintenance. The location was fantastic, being just outside the touristy spots but within walking distance of key attractions. Dining in a beautiful Renaissance room with canal views was delightful, offering a great spread. The complex's facilities were good, with the exception of the problematic air conditioning.
The hotel is ideally located in Venice, close to all tourist attractions and within easy reach of transportation. The rooms are clean, with a bubble bath and spacious bathroom, but some are hindered by tired furniture and limited views. The service is fantastic, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Dining offers some delicious options, while the facilities are well-kept and enjoyable. The price is fair considering the value provided.
