fantastic stay!
excellent locationhelpful staffgood breakfast
the location was excellent! i could easily walk to many attractions. i also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. the included breakfast offered a very good variety of choices, too.
the bathroom lacked counter space, making it slightly inconvenient.

the hotel is near the university district. several restaurants and bars are within a short walk. subway stations are very close for easy access to other parts of the city.

the staff was available 24/7 and very attentive. they promptly assisted with luggage storage before check-in. the facility manager confirmed i did not need extra supplies, even with a do-not-disturb sign.

the location was fairly central allowing for easy access to nearby attractions.
this REQUIRED me to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. the lack of assistance with luggage was disappointing, especially considering i was on the fifth floor.

The location was near the subway. i found check-in easy. the front desk held my luggage since i arrived early. This helped me. the staff was friendly and efficient.
it was level 5 so i managed. it was a slight inconvenience with my luggage.
