I really didn't get the experience i hoped for. the room seemed not properly cleaned. There was dust on the surfaces, and i even found a hair in the shower! also, the air conditioning was quite noisy. It made it difficult to sleep comfortably. i was expecting better cleanliness.

The facilities were very well maintained and the breakfast was lovely. Staff were attentive and the atmosphere was great. I also liked the options for breakfast, it included fresh fruit and hot options. Reception was very helpful .
My bedroom was small with no space to put the suitcase. The mattress wasn't that comfortable for more than two nights.

Staff provided really good service with friendliness and efficiency. Paula greeted me warmly upon arrival and offered helpful information. The housekeeping team maintained really good standards and fulfilled all essential needs.

The location is fantastic, only ten minutes by car from the bus station. The hotel is a five minute walk from the beach. The beautiful seafront path leads to either Puerto Banus or affordable cafes and restaurants.

The hotel has a gorgeous pool and a lovely bar area. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. Bikes were available for hire to explore the area further.

Staff were good. the bar staff is great with good service. breakfast had a good selection. i thought the bed and bathroom were good. the location works for me. I walked to the beach and restaurants easily.
