Really good Stay! Wonderful Hotel Experience

The room had heaps of space. The facilities are great. Lucia were great so I had a fabulous stay! I am very grateful. Elevator rides offered nice views.
I noticed that the cleaners didn't bother to wash the glasses used for rinsing teeth.

The hotel is very close to the Juderia and Victoria Market, perfect to buy fresh products. The Mequita-Catedral and Roman Bridge are within walking distance. There are easy to find parking spots just around the hotel.

The double room I stayed in was very spacious with a luxurious bath. The bathroom included two showers and an amazing bathtub with whirlpool. I loved the bed, it was super comfy!!! Lots of light flooded the room.

The staff were generally polite and helpful. The restaurant service was friendly and professional. I enjoyed a burger one night and coffee on two mornings. The front office staff showed me how to reach main attractions and booked a taxi.
The monotonous piano music played continuously in the lobby felt depressing. The music. I suggest changing the music or having none at all.
