Inconsistent Service and Room Issues

The breakfast service was quite slow, and communication felt sporadic. I felt a bit like a nuisance when asking for things! It was not the kind of service I expected for a hotel of this supposed caliber. there was no one to help with bags when I arrived around 6 PM. I had to carry them myself. It was disappointing.

i found the location quite walkable to the city. the gardens were fine, very clean, and well-manicured, a perfect spot for breakfast. the staff went the extra mile, allowing us early access to our room, a welcome touch (especially after a long journey).
The pool is quite small. It has a limited area of artificial grass, and the loungers are close to the driveway.

the breakfast was great, with options. i particularly enjoyed the extended breakfast hours, running until 12 noon. the courtyard setting, doubling as a restaurant, provided a lovely ambiance (it made for a relaxing start to the day).

i loved how the hotel retained its original charm with good additions like the infinity pool. breakfast outside in the courtyard was fine. the staff were attentive and i had the best croissants ever. the bed in my room was comfortable and every detail was well thought out i also adored the huge private balcony.

the junior suite sea view included a supremely comfortable bed complete with high-quality pillows and linens. the spacious en-suite bathroom featured dual sinks and a rainfall shower offering a luxurious experience. ample wardrobe space ensured convenient storage for luggage and personal belongings.

The quiet location and beautiful garden were acceptable. The setting was superb.
Dinner was a let down. The restaurant staff seemed unattentive. the young waitress looked to be doing most of the work during breakfast. i felt that this hotel needs to improve its staff training.
