Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provided everything I needed in an efficient, albeit slightly small, room that could use some maintenance and cleaning. Despite the heat inside, it was a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, especially from Rory and Jaelyn at the front desk. The location in Tribeca was outstanding for exploring downtown NYC, though some areas could use improvement. The dining experience offered amazing baked goods and coffee but required an additional charge for certain items.
The hotel was perfect, quite, and just enough space for us. The rooms were modern, very clean, and very comfortable, with a wide screen TV, WiFi, nice bathroom, and a very comfortable bed, though were small. The service was extremely nice and accommodating. The location was outstanding for what I was looking for, well located/short walking distance with regard to China Town, Little Italy, WTC pools, ferry to Liberty/Ellis; right on Church st The dining experience was recommended with amazing baked goods and awesome coffee. The facilities were convenient and elegant.
The hotel offers excellent value for money with its compact yet comfortable rooms in a superb location. The frequent banging noise was a slight disturbance, but the overall comfort made up for it. The service was exceptional with genuinely welcoming and helpful staff.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were small but well-appointed with a good bathroom, yet they felt a bit run-down and in need of a refresh. The service was above-and-beyond helpful with genuine friendly staff, but there was a slight focus on monetary aspects. The location was pretty good, near a subway station and within walking distance to attractions, yet it seemed unattended. The dining was excellent, with a recommended local cafe offering delicious options. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms could use a bit of a refresh with new furnishings, but they are well-lit and feature a practical separate work area. The location in Tribeca is a nice escape from the tourist crowds, and the dining options, although not included in the room rate, offered some tasty treats. The service was truly exceptional, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and pleasant.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms, although small as usual in Manhattan, were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was a pleasant surprise to find a spacious and luminous room, which is a rare gem in New York, especially with my 3-year-old roaming around. The service set a positive tone for my experience, being accommodating and helpful, which was much appreciated, especially while traveling with a baby. The location was quiet and cool, offering easy access to various neighborhoods and spots. The dining experience, featuring homemade yogurt and fresh berries, along with excellent coffee and baked goods, was delightful.
