lovely stay
fine views delicious breakfast friendly staff dog friendly
the hotel boasts fine views i enjoyed from the restaurant and terraces the hotel location offers easy access to town via a nearby tram line the breakfast was also very delicious i really appreciated the high-quality service provided by the staff. the environment was very well maintained i found the terrace overlooking the lake to be quite beautiful the staff members were helpful and friendly my room was clean. i was happy to find the staff dog friendly as i had my dog with me she received her own bed treats and bowls the park and forest located right outside were perfect for walks.
the room i stayed in didn't have air conditioning and a simple fan did little to help at the high temperature , made the stay slightly uncomfortable

breakfast offers high-quality and abundant choices production is primarily local the good apricot homemade jam was among the numerous tasty options i found cedar nuts were also available which i enjoyed a lot.

the location is excellent in zone 110 the hotel presents amazing views tram 6 runs from the main station to the zoo it takes around 5 minutes walking from the station to the hotel making transport easy.

limited selection inconvenient bathtub
The breakfast setup was a bit irritating. You had to ask the staff for the sausage, and the selection was VERY limited. When it arrived, it wasn't good, so I left it. the bathroom felt outdated. The bathtub used for showering wasn't convenient, and it felt kinda unsafe.

unpleasant service outdated furniture
the restaurant service was a miss. the staff seemed more interested in asserting their authority than providing a cute experience. one server even swore loudly while passing by me. the room had some outdated furniture. it needs updating, really.

tram commute ironing facilities unpleasant service outdated furniture
the location is pretty good. it is next to a large park and i like that its a easy tram commute to the city centre. i also appreciated that the room have ironing facilities. it was handy for keep clothes neat.
i found service at the restaurant was not very pleasant, both for breakfast and dinner. it seem the staff wanted to make a point about them being in charge, and one even swore loudly. the furniture in the rooms felt a bit outdated to me.
