helpful reception great location
i found the hotel easy to access from the station. the reception staff were helpful i felt. they provided early check-in and even offered an umbrella because it rained when i got there. the location was great. it was so close to the train station and easy to walk to local spots and restaurants.
the air conditioning did not seem to work that great. i found it either too hot or too cold , made sleeping uncomfortable

Convenient Stay Near the Train Station
convenient location helpful staff tea station
I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and found the location very convenient near the main train station. The check-in experience was efficient and the staff provided helpful tips for navigating the area. The hotel offered nice touches such as a tea station with various teas and a selection of candies in the reception area.
The climate control in the room was not effective and opening the windows introduced significant noise from outside. I found this quite disruptive .

great location accommodating staff poor tv ineffective air conditioning
the location proved excellent for accessing local spots, including the train station. breakfast offered a good variety of choices and the staff were accommodating to my needs.
the room's air conditioning was not very effective, leaving the space uncomfortably warm. also, the tv offered limited channels compared to other accommodations i have used.

broken door single socket
the location was really convenient for getting around.
My room had issues. the shower door was broken. It would not close at all. i had difficulty charging my devices since there was only one accessible socket in the entire room. it made things rather inconvenient.

excellent location many restaurants excellent breakfast short distance
the location was excellent (so close to everything!). access to many restaurants and some shopping was very easy. the breakfast was excellent. it was within a short walking distance to museums too.
the room was small, but i expected that from the description. it really wasn't a big deal.

amazing stay!
great location large room nespresso machine
The location is unbeatable, just steps from the main train station. our room was quite large for a city hotel, and i noticed how modern it was! i really enjoyed the in-room nespresso machine. It was such a nice touch.
the bed was too firm for my preference, i found it a bit uncomfortable. i wish the hotel had softer mattresses available.

The breakfast buffet has a fantastic selection, i saw quality breads, pastries, and fruits. cheeses, yogurt, and muesli are all available plus even scrambled eggs. Coffee is superb and various options are available. i really appreciated the breakfast.

The staff is very friendly and they were willing to assist with dining recommendations. I also got assistance with places to see. i was happy to know how to get around town, with the staff being helpful and willing to assist.

The hotel's location is perfect for access to central stations for buses, trams, and bigger trains. district 1 is awesome and this hotel made it even better. Everything is so close, from restaurants and bars to christmas markets and shopping.
