the breakfast buffet had wonderful options. the front office staff were helpful (they provided excellent recommendations). i could reach the train station after a short walk. the train took me to the airport with ease.
the bar near the reception was crowded. it created a noisy atmosphere upon arrival. i missed a quieter welcome.

the hotel is conveniently situated near hardbrucke train station, roughly a 7 to 10 minute walk. a big co-op supermarket is also nearby. the proximity to these amenities added convenience to my stay.

I found the check-in process quick and easy. The staff was kind and helpful (a warm welcome always makes a difference). the tram was only a short two-minute walk away even though the hotel is near the technopark area was great. the lobby area was spacious and inviting.
I noticed the hotel lacked on-site parking, it took me over thirty minutes to find a spot. parking was expensive as i was using a public garage underneath. I wish they owned some spaces .

the room was very clean and spacious, with all necessities provided, including a cozy armchair. it had amenities, like a mini fridge to store drinks. the beds were comfortable, perfect after a long day.

the hotel staff was warm and always ready to assist with a smile. when i needed extra towels, they promptly delivered them to my room. the team ensured that my needs were met, (making me feel valued ).

the breakfast selection offered many tasty options, and i thought the coffee was quite good. the dining area was well-kept and clean, made dining a treat. i also noticed that the staff was diligent, constantly replenishing the buffet.

The hotel had a tram stop very close, providing easy access to the city center. The breakfast included various options for all guests and was constantly replenished. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. I found them very cute and professional.
I noticed there was no on-site parking, and I spent some time finding public parking nearby.

this hotel get rated as four stars, but look like a budget place. location is bad to. it need more than 10 minutes walk from the train station, i find it utterly disappointing.
