Welcome to Splendid Star Grand Hotel And Spa – Hanoi

My stay at the hotel was excellent! The rooms were super clean and spacious with 2 king beds, a good shower, and double-glazed windows that kept out the street noise, letting only the faint sound of church bells in. Although not exactly as pictured on the booking website, the rooms were still very spacious and clean. The service was top-notch with highly professional and efficient staff, especially Martin the Manager and Michelle the receptionist. The location was fantastic, situated on a quiet lane in the Old Quarter, close to major attractions but still peaceful. The dining options were varied and sufficient, offering a good selection of fruits. Overall, a great value for money experience.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The rooms were clean and spacious, although a bit small for all the furniture they had. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. The dining options were delicious, and the variety of choices made each meal a delightful experience. However, some staff members were not well-informed about certain costs, which was a minor downside.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were perfect and clean every day, very comfortable, and incredibly quiet. The location was nice, but keep in mind that it's at a sister hotel quite a distance away.
