comfortable bedslarge choice
The room had very comfortable beds. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was a LARGE choice of items. The hotel is very close to the metro. It is only 30 seconds away.
The staff on desk took my spare key after cleaning the room, that was strange.

the room included a very spacious layout it had a comfortable bed too i found the breakfast buffet extensive it had many options available for different tastes the hotel's location near the subway station made getting around very easy i was able to quickly access various parts of the city
the gym required a separate key which was a little inconvenient since it wasn't my room card

I found a couple of things disappointing. The staff was not friendly, which affected my overall experience. The parking fee was an extra 15 Euros. I felt this should have been included.

the hotel is located close to the subway, a feature i found acceptable.
the room we booked was not the room we received upon arrival. the staff at reception did not cooperate to resolve this issue. this was disappointing right from the start.

The staff did not clean my room. They claimed I put up the do not disturb sign, something I didn't do since I needed shower soap and requested it (they entered and left it).
