the hotel has very good transport links to the city. my room included nice shower products and comfortable slippers. the staff provided helpful tips about the local area and suggested a great restaurant. the hotel offered a thoughtful gift to, it added a personal touch.
the fire alarm check took longer than expected, it disrupted my scheduled online meeting.

The breakfast included many options and rivaled that of a 5-star hotel. i saw home-made quiches, tarts and various other items available. the food was tasty and presented with care. A lot of choice was available.

The breakfast offered many options so it was good overall.
The room was far too hot even after turning off the heating. The bathroom had a bizarre glass wall with no privacy while using the toilet. Turning on the light at night illuminated the whole room so it was inconvenient. This hotel definitely does not deserve a four-star rating.
