The staff were professional. I guess that's a plus.
The breakfast selection disappointed, offering limited options. There were no gluten-free options. My room faced the street. The noise was annoying, even at night.

the hotel is close to the airport and the concert venue. it is what i needed. the hotel has essential amenities. parking is limited in the back yard.
There were no toiletries in the bathroom. I had to ask for them at reception each time.

the location was good , very near to tram and train lines. i was able to easily get around the area. the hotel also had air conditioning , a real plus during my summer visit.
my room had no refrigerator. i also had to ask the front desk for toiletries , they were not provided in the bathroom.
