the rooms were so very spacious. the pool and the gym had great facilities, very well equipped. the staff were friendly to me and the food at dinner was amazing.

the rooms are poorly maintained. i seen dirt marks everywhere in the room. also the rooms connect with each other, and i could hear the other guests. it was off-putting a little.

the hotel offered a gym and beach access, that met my needs.

The air conditioning did not work well, so i requested help. staff informed me it was the winter season and the temperature would not change. They offered a slow fan. rooms are interconnected so i could hear other guests easily. This reminded me of an intrusion of privacy.

The guest relations were friendly and helpful. the room was clean. The cleaning was daily without disturbance. the white-red design concept created a very romantic atmosphere. the pool area felt so comforting, i spent hours there.

The television was an old model. The screen was a bit small.

I appreciated the convenient location near the beach. It was only a short walk. The Beautiful room featured a large balcony. It even had a bed. I also enjoyed the variety of facilities available, including the aquapark and spa. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of fresh items.

The hotel has a red themed restaurant, and it is quite intense.

The hotel advertised an aquapark I thought would be open I was wrong. It was closed I found the lack of entertainment quite disappointing. The WiFi barely functioned , made simple tasks quite difficult. The staff knew about it they did not seem concerned I have to wonder why.

The water park was AMAZING!!! It is attached to the hotel and free for hotel guests. I also received a complimentary bed and umbrella at the private beach lounge right in front of the hotel. It was a HUGE plus.

The gym was sometimes crowded during peak hours, making it a bit difficult to use all the equipment i wanted.
