I found the hotel to be conveniently located just outside Queenstown, with some exceptional views of rainbows over the lake on certain days. Although the noise from the highway was bothersome at night, the room itself, labeled as an 'Alpine Suite,' was quite stiff and required some muscle to operate. Overall, it was a decent stay but could use a bit more attention to detail in some areas.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the location was superb, just a kilometer away from the city center, making it convenient to walk there. However, the lack of privacy in the rooms, as guests walk right past your window, was disappointing. The rooms could have been cleaned better, and the strong scent was off-putting. On the plus side, the service was friendly although a bit slow making arrangements. The dining options could definitely use improvement, but the relaxing, quiet location away from the city buzz was a plus.

Staying at this hotel was quite an adventure as the rooms are located at the rear of the property on a steep incline, which made for an interesting daily walk, especially if you're not very active. On the bright side, there's a common space with free-to-use washing machine and dryer. However, ventilation could be better as the two-bedroom unit only had a ranchslider with a window.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and modern, complete with cute bread rolls and relaxing pillow sprays. However, the room was a bit tiny, dark, and noisy. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, even sending me my lost phone. The location was fantastic, offering a beautiful view of the Remarkables and just a short walk to the city center. The dining experience was delightful, although it would be nice if supplies were replenished daily. Overall, a great value for the money!
