dirty toaster noticeable noise
i found several issues , though! the air conditioning did not work properly, so the room was uncomfortably warm. also, the toaster was quite dirty and the jug was smaller than expected. the noise from outside was noticeable, hard to get a good night's sleep.

The room was large and had everything i needed. the bed was comfy and the service was good. they let us in a bit earlier. That was a lifesaver. the location was great, especially for arena events.
The staff at reception seemed rude and blunt. i had a few encounters with them. They acted like they did not want to serve me. parking was not explained well. I got no instructions on which entrance to take to get back to the hotel from the carpark so i had to walk around. the room didn't have an extra blanket, so it was cold.

the location offered convenient access to the cbd. it was also relatively easy to access by car. i appreciated the proximity to shops and restaurants..
the hallways outside the lifts were dirty. i saw food there for two days of my stay and it looked terrible. i booked the hotel with the intention of using the pool only to find it unavailable.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay

I found the location very convenient for exploring the area. Check-in was easy. The condition of the room was good. The room had a comfortable bed and YouTube access on the TV. This was a plus. I also appreciated the proximity to a large supermarket nearby.
I noticed there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, only in the living room. This. I also found the street noise somewhat noticeable, even from a higher floor.
