fantastic stay!
great location helpful staff
the location worked out perfectly with public transport close by i easily reached many sites. vladimir at the reception provided excellent help he really were really nice.
the stairs proved a bit challenging especially with luggage it would be amazing to see improvements with mobility issues or heavy bags.

the hotel enjoys proximity to both tram and metro lines these provide convenient access to various attractions. a handy kebab place next to the hotel provides a quick bite for late arrivals after a long day exploring.

the buffet breakfast boasts a very good array of choices there are many meals pastries fruits and vegetables. the personnel of the restaurant maintains a respectful attitude during breakfast service making the start of each day pleasant.

the reception staff is kind and friendly they answer questions making sure every guest understands all provided information. vladimir at the reception demonstrated really good assistance his support ensured i felt welcome and informed.

the room had a clean feel there was also a fridge adding practicality to the space. i found english channels on the tv which helped during downtime. the beds offered great comfort leading to restful sleep each night.

Mixed Experience, Some Issues Noted
inaccurate parking description loud music
Breakfast was good and offered a variety of options.
The description for parking was inaccurate. Street parking was nearly impossible. The hotel's car park was difficult to access for larger vehicles, and there was an extra charge. Loud music disrupted sleep until 4 AM due to a party.

mixed feelings about this stay
small room corridor noise
the breakfast was varied and quite good, offering a decent start to the day.
The room i received was rather small (i'm not sure it was really 16 m² as advertised). it was difficult to move around with luggage. corridor noise was also an issue. The doors did little to block sounds.

A balanced stay with some drawbacks
convenient location local specialties many stairs traffic noise
The location was convenient for me. It was a short walk to the tram stop with easy access to the city. Breakfast offered many choices including some local specialties which I enjoyed.
The hotel seemed old. There were many stairs from the entrance to the reception which was difficult. My room faced the street and I could hear traffic noise.
