Tenuta Monacelle spans 20 hectares, featuring six distinct masserias built from local Salento tufa. The estate includes a restaurant, Ristorante Ciliegeto, which serves traditional Apulian cuisine alongside innovative dishes, created with seasonal ingredients. Guests can experience guided tours, cooking classes, cherry picking, and grape harvesting, enriching their stay with local culture and flavors.

The hotel offers seven trulli, unique conical dry-stone buildings richly decorated in epoch style. Each trullo contains a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a minibar, providing a blend of tradition and comfort.
