Wonderful Stay in Artistic Hotel

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They readily helped with my bags upon arrival late at night! the location is excellent, near many restaurants and shops. i really appreciated the visitor pass included with my room, and i got a discounted ticket to the kunstmuseum. the building has unique artistic style, and every little detail is well considered.
It was a minor inconvenience.

Each has well-curated menus for both dinner and breakfast. service was fast, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the hotel, and the staff spoke several languages. the rooms are located across the street. Check-in and the dining areas are still very convenient.

The room was large and very clean with a well-designed interior, and the bathroom was good-sized. the bed had comfortable linens. I slept very well each night. the room featured strong, saturated colors. The artistic design made it a unique space.

A Romantic Stay in the Heart

the rooms present great charm and the staff shows a forthcoming attitude, all culminating in a nice stay. the hotel sits on a quiet back street, convenient to the historic center. i found a large minimalist room with a separate toilet room and kitchenette, complete with a sink and mini fridge. this annex room offered a view of the main hotel.

The breakfast service included gluten free bread, a thoughtful touch for those with dietary needs. the staff was very friendly. helpful for all requests. They helped me with my luggage. amazing restaurants are a stone's throw from the hotel.

the hotel has a beautiful garden, even more enchanting with christmas decorations. i used a visitor pass for a discounted ticket to the art museum buildings. the room features complimentary water, coffee, and tea.

the location was very convenient to all tram lines and the city center. the area felt safe to walk around even late at night which gave me peace of mind. it's located in a lovely older area with many interesting spots within walking distance.

The staff was comfortable and of good taste. Very gentle and solicitous. the staff is fluent in several languages. That includes english. the hotel provided a rather late checkout at noon which gave me time to pack up.

i was a bit disappointed . the lack of on-site parking was inconvenient. the instructions to the car park were unclear and required driving through a no-entry zone. also, my room didn't have air conditioning, so i had a very uncomfortable night with just a fan for relief.

the room was very warm. there was no air conditioning. i found this out when i arrived. the noise from the street was bothersome at night. trams and people made it difficult to sleep. i wish i had known beforehand about these things.
