The room had bathrobes. The staff was friendly and helpful (they always greeted me with a smile!). I checked in early and got a later checkout. The hotel stored my bags for a few hours on my departure day.

the location was quite convenient, near north station (i could easily get around). the breakfast was decent (especially the variety of pastries). the staff members were helpful and friendly, providing quick assistance when needed.
The parking situation was less than ideal. The garage was a few blocks away and charged per entry.

the hotel provides complimentary bikes wanting to explore the area, a helpful perk for getting around. there is also a gym equipped with treadmills and weights, great for a decent workout. umbrella rentals are a service offered to all the guests.

the front desk staff was available 24/7, so i always had someone to address my inquiries. the daily housekeeping service was thorough, and they maintained a clean environment. the hotel offered luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, very useful.

The location was close to North Station. Haymarket station also gives access to the whole area. The room and bed were spacious and comfortable. I also found the staff very nice and helpful whenever I had questions.

I was happy as a guest to have a credit to enjoy breakfast at the restaurant. The server was lovely, she took great care of us during breakfast service and was friendly. The coffee in the restaurant was delicious.

The room was clean, also updated. I had space for a desk. Bathrobes were available in the room for my use. It was very thoughtful, and I appreciated that the room came with such amenities.
