dirty pool water slow service

the breakfast selection HAD a skyline view from the dining room.

I feel i must point out SOME disappointments. the lift service became a real issue since one of two lifts failed. It took far too long to move between floors. the pool water was not clean, and getting in and out felt slippery. the executive lounge, for which i paid extra, had a limited range of drinks, food was restricted, and service moved slowly.

the room was clean and very comfortable. the staff were cute. the location was convenient for the train station.

the mini bar fridge was not working properly. i found some screws in the wall above the bed where a picture was missing. there was a tear in the duvet cover.

The room was not particularly clean. I noticed several hairs on the bathroom floor and the furniture seemed a bit old. The pool area looked smaller than the photos suggested , and there were not enough loungers for all guests.

i really liked the location! it was so easy to get around from there. the bed was also very comfy. i slept like a baby every night, and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

the elevators were a bit slow during peak hours.

peeling paint broken machines

The room showed some wear. I noticed peeling paint in the bathroom. It was quite noticeable. Waiting for the elevator became a regular event. It was not fun waiting several minutes. Just to go down. The gym needed more attention to detail. Several machines were out of order. I was disappointed with the limited options.

I appreciated the excellent location near the transport links. Terminal 21 shopping center was a short walk away. The staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the fine skyline view from the pool with its bar.
