Excellent Location and Great Amenities!

The location is awesome! The hotel is about twenty steps away from the station and the mall. Little India is only about 100 yards away. The hotel is modern with all amenities. The rooftop bar has a happy hour, and there is a rooftop pool.
I experienced an issue with the shower. The hot water was not consistent. The shower door also did not close properly. These issues detracted from an otherwise great stay.

The hotel's proximity to transportation hubs is a plus. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. I found helpful dining options both in the hotel and nearby. Check-in and check-out were efficient.
I noticed the train sounds, particularly late at night and early in the morning, were a slight disturbance.

the location was great because of the easy access to the klia express train for airport transfers. grabbing around the city was inexpensive and simple.
the air conditioning system had a constant buzzing vibration sound, indicating poor maintenance and a systemic issue. this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, and the staff didn't solve the issue.

The hotel connects directly to the transportation hub. Access to the KL Express train and MRT lines makes travel very easy. The gym offers ample space and cleanliness was noticeable.
Elevator wait times were extended during peak hours. I could also hear noise from adjacent rooms. This included staff activity and train sounds.

The breakfast was amazing!!! i found a wide selection of choices. i liked how close i was to the airport express train. It was just minutes away. the rooftop pool had a great view.

easy check spacious room
Check-in was fast. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast selection offered many options. The rooftop pool WAS excellent. I found the location convenient, being close to the KLIA express. Check-out was quick too.
The elevator service was SLOW. I waited during peak hours.
