The staff helped when we needed them SOME assistance was provided and that's alright.
My room felt very humid and HOT a small portable air conditioner seemed pointless. I couldn't even open the window properly as there were tables outside where people smoked constantly. The water pressure in the shower was laughable I barely got wet.

reception staff was kind and very helpful . public transport to the city center is very accessible. breakfast was delicious, and gluten-free bread was provided when i asked.
the room lacked air conditioning. i visited during a particularly hot time. even with two fans and the windows open, it was difficult to cool down.

The staff was super helpful . i found a microwave and coffee machine in the lobby. Aldi and coop are next door, so that was very convenient. they upgraded my room. That was cute. i could leave my luggage at the hotel during transit. That was convenient for my trip.
