Acceptable Location, but SOME Issues
street noise static shower
The hotel is located right in the heart of everything. A GREAT location for exploring.
The noise from the street was AWFUL. I could hear everything. Music played late into the night. Sleep was difficult. The shower was also static. I always got my hair wet.

Charming Stay in the City CENTER
spacious room central location rooftop bar helpful staff
I appreciated the spacious room and terrace. I found the location great, central to EVERYTHING. The rooftop bar added a nice touch. Lionel was very helpful and deserves recognition for his really good service. I liked having complimentary honey ring cookies.
I noticed the shaver socket in the bathroom was not working, A minor inconvenience.

Breakfast took place at a separate hotel not far from the hotel, serving very good food and waiting staff. I enjoyed the selection of food offered and found it quite plentiful. The Strait Street location provided a unique atmosphere.

The room included a bathrobe, hairdryer, and toiletries. I also had a coffee machine, tea, and water available. I liked that I had access to a well-stocked minibar.

The hotel featured a cozy terrace on the top floor where guests CAN enjoy their coffee. I found the location very central, near many cafes and restaurants, I also enjoyed the proximity to various sights.
