rich selection indoor pool poor lighting basic room
Breakfast was excellent. It had a rich selection of dishes to choose from. Free coffee to the room is a great service too. The hotel has wonderful amenities like a spa and an indoor pool.
I was given one bottle of complimentary water and offered a welcome drink upon arrival, a glass of water. I am staying in a superior room, a basic room. The room has very poor lighting and a lamp does not work.

amazing hotel experience
wonderful breakfast fresh fruit friendly team thoughtful touch
my stay included a wonderful breakfast each morning. i savored the fresh fruit and also the baked items. the front desk team were friendly, very efficient, and attentive to my needs. i found chocolates in my room upon arrival, i think it was a thoughtful touch.
the room had poor lighting and a lamp wasn't working.

decent stay, some issues
dangerous entrance small bedroom
The hotel entrance is right on the main street. This made it a bit dangerous since i wasn't familiar with the city's layout. the check-in area looked more like a mini bar. my bedroom felt small. the lighting was hard to manage, and the air conditioning was set too high.

The staff was helpful with luggage storage before check-in. i found the interior design to be modern. the gym has multiple treadmills and weight machines. Towels and water were readily available there.
i did notice some street noise despite the soundproofing.. it was minor.

My stay featured a very clean hotel. The swimming pool was a nice bonus. I also found the breakfast fab (especially the pastries!).
I received only one bottle of complimentary water. The room had very poor lighting. A lamp in the room also did not work.
