My stay at the hotel was a great mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were huge and had everything we needed and more, spacious, and quiet, but some maintenance issues like chunks out of the walls and a broken fire irrigation sprinkler were present. The service was mostly friendly and accommodating, but there were delays in fulfilling orders. The location was amazing for accessing public transportation and shopping areas, especially if you are heading to Richmond. The dining experience offered a variety of choices but was considered a bit expensive for what was offered. Overall, a good stay with areas that could be improved.
