the location was definitely convenient to shops. the suite was spacious. the design was modern and clean.
walls felt thin i could hear neighbors. the room felt humid and wet i noticed condensation on windows.

clean room friendly staff flaky wifi shabby room
the room was clean. the staff were FRIENDLY. i liked the location since it was convenient for getting around.
the wifi connection was flaky. the room felt a little shabby and could use some updating. i also found that two lifts were not enough for 19 floors

inconsistent water faulty dryers
The hot water was inconsistent. I experienced several instances of lukewarm showers. The laundry room also had issues. The dryers were not functioning properly, causing inconvenience.
