room bareness
the bathrooms were updated and nice, i guess.
The room was very bare. A small window provided minimal light. there was no kettle for tea or coffee in the room, how cheap! also, the bathroom smelled funny. I had to turn on all the lights to use the toilet at night, annoying.

the building is gorgeous. the location is a beautiful, tree-lined square, near the cathedral. the breakfast was lovely and generous. cheerful staff served it.
the room was very basic with little storage. i stayed in an attic room, fifth floor with one small window. it was quite uncomfortable to sleep in, as there was no air con.
