i found the access between the car park and the hotel very convenient. the doors opened automatically as i approached. this was especially helpful when my hands were full. the staff provided a silent room as i requested, really important for me. i checked in early because i had a late flight.
The step up into the shower seemed a bit high. It might be difficult for older guests.
