The location was super convenient, close to the train station and a short walk to many attractions. The staff were helpful and even GAVE us free public transport tickets for our stay, a NICE surprise. My room was quite large compared to others I have stayed in. It was nice to find that there were SIMPLE restaurants nearby.

The staff offered USEFUL information and even gave us a map. Little touches like these. The hotel's location was excellent, near many shops. Also I was promptly notified about my left valuables. I appreciated staff integrity.
the corridors felt quite claustrophobic. The furniture in the room felt dated. The hotel needs a refresh throughout, i think.

I was given public transport tickets which was really helpful. the junior suite had a bedroom with a separate sitting room. extra pillows were available in the closets in the room. It was easy to adjust for my comfort. the buffet breakfast was varied and quite good. The coffee was also excellent.
i noticed black mold in one of the bedrooms we occupied. additionally i saw stained carpets in a few spots around the hotel. it was not so charming.
