I enjoyed my time here and found the staff wonderful. Sheila, Elton, and Melody ensured everything was perfect . The driver, Ismail, tailored tours to my interests including a spontaneous visit to Newlands Cricket Ground. I was welcomed warmly and received really good care.
I noticed the absence of a mini-fridge in the rooms, unexpected.

The staff offered friendly service. the hotel selection of restaurants seemed superb to me. the hotel supplied a driver for wine country. He was very informative.
I noticed the room was right next to a busy road. sleep was not easy. the front desk interrupted my check-in to assist other people. That seemed unprofessional. there wasn't a mini fridge in the room.
