soaked wallleaking air conditioning
The room was on the first floor I was not happy. The window faced a wall, this gave me a sense of confinement. The air conditioning was quiet, though it leaked constantly. I needed to put a towel underneath. The wall was soaked and dirty!

The location was amazing! It was a very short walk to the Trevi Fountain. Cute streets nearby were full of restaurants. Gelato places and shopping added to the fun. I ordered the breakfast, and staff delivered it to my room right on time. I had yogurt, cereal, toast, delicious croissants and cappuccino.
The pillows were quite flat. They were literally an inch thick. They really need to be replaced. The lobby furniture had some ripped spots. This wasn't a good look.

The staff was helpful. They provided directions. The hotel offers breakfast delivered to the room. My room was very clean. I found the location excellent. It is near the Trevi Fountain. Many restaurants are close. Gelato shops and souvenir stores surround the area.
