the staff was really accommodating. the complimentary happy hour with wine was a good surprise i never expected. my room had a city view. the location was superb, placing me within walking distance of major attractions.
the breakfast space seemed a bit small when many guests were trying to get their morning coffee and pastries.

unclear mention underwhelming happy hour
I was a little let down by the incidental charge. It wasn't mentioned clearly on the website. also, the happy hour felt a bit underwhelming. it would be nice to see a better selection of fruits offered (maybe bananas or berries instead of just apples) during the continental breakfast. check-in also took longer than expected. I waited until 4 pm for my room.

convenient location warm staff free drinks
the location was very convenient near chinatown. i found the staff warm and cute . i especially enjoyed the happy hour with free drinks each afternoon. the room was also clean and well kept which i appreciated very much.
the breakfast selection was quite limited, it could definitely be improved.
