Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious rooms with balconies, though it can get a bit noisy from street traffic. The service provided was amazing and efficient. The location is excellent for exploring the city by walking or using public transport. The dining options are good but could use more variety. Overall, a great value for a stay in a convenient and vibrant location.
The hotel rooms were clean and well-equipped, which was much appreciated after our long train journey. The doormen were very helpful, though the inconvenience of accessing free WiFi only through signing up for the newsletter was disappointing. However, the complimentary fruit at the reception desk was a nice touch, and the room itself was spacious with a comfy bed and a good view.
The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of Vancouver, offering amazing service and a fantastic location for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The facilities are top-notch, ensuring a great overall experience.
The hotel offers a great view of the surrounding area, including the direct sight of the Four Seasons Hotel. While the rooms could do with some updating, they still provide a good choice and value. However, the overall decor feels a bit dated and tired at times.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was superb, right in the heart of the West End, with easy access to main tourist spots, but noise made sleep difficult. The rooms, although small with a bad view, were clean, well presented, and met my needs. Service, despite a disinterested overall impression, was friendly and professional from valet to hotel staff. The dining options were fine but not included in the rates, which was disappointing.
The hotel offers excellent and spacious rooms with outstanding service from their staff. The small balcony with sliding door access and separate shower and bath tub adds to the luxurious experience. The very well-maintained rooms with a very comfortable bed ensure a relaxing stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, but unfortunately, my room on the 12th floor at the front was quite noisy with street sounds seeping in. However, the hotel's location was superb, right near the Sky Train station and close to downtown attractions and shopping.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were initially smelly, but the staff kindly accommodated my request for a room change. The beautiful deluxe king room with a balcony view was a definite highlight. The concierge and hotel staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. However, the dining options left something to be desired, causing some unhappiness among guests.
The hotel provides a pleasant stay with great views and early check-in option for a well-rounded experience. However, the lack of mixed-sex facilities can be a downside if you're traveling as a couple.
