Acceptable Stay with Issues
room signs food quality
The breakfast options had great variety and were quite tasty.
The room I stayed in showed signs of age. It needs refurbishment. The restaurant's food was subpar (not enjoyable at all). I would think twice before returning due to the food quality.

Really good Experience!
friendly team bright room relaxed vibe
I really enjoyed the attentive and friendly team. A special shout-out goes to the breakfast servers. The room was fresh and bright, and the hotel is beautiful. I found the location great because Thesen Island has a relaxed vibe and lots to explore.
I noticed that the corridor carpets are dirty, and, in general, this hotel needs a refurbishment, as it is not the high standard it once was.
Service
9/10
The staff stood up and smiled whenever I entered or passed by. That's a plus. The team accommodated my requests promptly, so I was very happy with that.
Location
10/10
I could easily walk to nearby restaurants, which I really appreciated. The hotel has a great setting and offers an excellent base for local exploration.
Dining
10/10
Breakfast included a smoothie and a board of nibbles, then a selection of warm breakfast options. I also found the onsite restaurant to serve amazing food. What a treat!
Facilities
9/10
I loved the design of the main hotel building, that is repurposed. The room has everything you might need, I found great amenities there. Excellent!
