I found the location superb. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to the waterfront area. Breakfast was a highlight (I especially enjoyed the variety) and offered many choices. The interior courtyard is beautiful, with bougainvillea adding to its charm.
The road facing rooms can be subject to traffic noise.

The service staff is uniquely accommodating, professional, and friendly. The reception team was very helpful with directions. The staff consistently went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay.

The hotel is opposite the beach area. It is considered safe to walk around. The hotel is a short distance from many restaurants (accessible by Uber). The hotel overlooks the waterfront.

ineffective air conditioningslow breakfast service
The air conditioning was not effective in my room. It struggled to cool the space adequately, made sleeping difficult. It was hard to relax or concentrate with the constant hammering and machinery sounds. I also feel the breakfast service was rather slow despite a number of employees present. I had to ask for someone to take my order.

The staff was helpful, especialy nosi, ijaaz, and darren. They seemed so pleasant. housekeeping was also excellent. the food tasted delicious for what i ate.
The air conditioner didnt work well. The suite could only reach 24 degrees c. this made it really uncomfortable for me.

My room faced the atrium. I found it spacious and always clean. the hotel's location made it easy to walk to the waterfront within approximately 40 minutes. the hop-on-hop-off bus stop located across the street offered a convenient circuit to the v&a waterfront and table mountain cable car lower station.
