I found the location convenient. Grand central station was a short, easy walk. the room was large. It had ample space for luggage and relaxation. the bed provided good rest. The sheets felt crisp and clean. i was actually surprised by the spacious layout and proximity to transit options.
The lobby felt a bit crowded during peak hours. Waiting for elevators sometimes took longer than expected.

The staff were quick to respond to requests. They promptly provided extra towels. check-in and check-out processes were streamlined. I was checked in within minutes. i also appreciated the bell service. Assistance with luggage was always available.

The room was expansive, offering ample space for all my belongings and creating a comfortable environment. The cleanliness was very appreciable. fresh towels was every day, and the bed linen received consistent care and attention! the location proved excellent, placing me within easy reach of grand central and bryant park.
I found the room to lack a coffee maker, a simple amenity i dearly missed each morning. This absence made starting the day a little less convenient.
