limited food selectiondisruptive noise
I found the food selection to be quite limited , especially for breakfast. the quality of ingredients could be improved . The pastries seemed stale , and fresh fruit was often unavailable. additionally , the noise from nearby establishments was noticeable late into the night , disrupting sleep quality. i requested a quiet room in advance , but this request was not accommodated , resulting in several nights of interrupted rest.

The breakfast offers a great range of choices. Rafa always made tasty omelettes.
The door handle to the bathroom needed oiling. The problem was not fixed after I asked twice.

the rooms are spacious with lots of storage which is really convenient. staff are ALWAYS helpful and have a smile. the hotel is quiet yet close to many bars and restaurants.
the mini bar in the room ISNT free. i expect at least water to be complimentary in hotels.

the hotel is situated in a GOOD location. it is very close to the beachfront with its restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. i could easily walk there in minutes.

the rooms are kept very clean, and the staff maintained them every morning. there is a touch panel to lock the door or activate the do not disturb function. i found this very useful.

reception staff are very cute AND helpful. the receptionists told me about the hotel and its facilities upon arrival. all the staff i met were kind.

the pool area always HAD plenty of available beds. the staff kept the pool area clean, i observed them tidying up regularly. there is a free gym to use.

slow taxisminibar item
I was frustrated that the minibar items were NOT complimentary. Usually, water is complimentary in most hotels, but here everything cost extra. the taxi service was surprisingly slow. I asked the hotel to call a taxi, but I waited over twenty minutes and ended up hailing another one that passed by. This delay caused some unnecessary STRESS.
