the room was super clean the ladies kept everything clean i used the two bedroom suite it was perfect for friends the patio was large with comfortable sun beds it had a quiet location near all amenities. the staff at reception were friendly and helpful i felt very welcome there i loved the pool area it had plenty of benches and comfortable beds. arriving late at night the security was excellent he had everything ready for me to check in

the room was bright and very clean. the pool and surrounding areas were well maintained. the staff was helpful and accommodating. our private pool had excellent outside space and felt very private.
The floors in my suite were not swept . I wish this had been addressed for a more comfortable experience.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, particularly with early check-in requests. they provided information on local transportation. The bus number and price to ride from the north airport to south tenerife. staff were really nice to assist.

The suite had a large outdoor patio with a jacuzzi. It was ideal. the balcony was huge with the private jacuzzi, and the pool was just outside the door. daily cleaning service included daily towel change! the rooms and beds were very big.

The location was perfect, being across the street from the beach. Shops were an easy walk! many restaurants were within easy reach too! nightlife was active around the area, though the suite remained silent.

The pool area offered plenty of quality sunbeds. It was nice and quiet. after checking out, i was allowed to use downstairs facilities with showers, saunas, and a jacuzzi. the temperature of the pool was just right for relaxation.

the staff were helpful enough when i asked for assistance.
I found a couple of issues. the bathroom wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as i would have liked (there were some hairs in the shower). also, the noise from nearby establishments was a bit disruptive at times. It wasn't constant, but noticeable especially late in the evening, so sleep was difficult.

The location was perfect, very close to the beaches and restaurants. the apartment was spacious. The bedrooms were big. most of the staff was amazing, always ready to help.
the floors were never swept . it took two days to clear debris from the terrace after a storm. the terrace was never washed, even after cleaning.
